Step Two: Tune Up Your Filters Sign up for a free account. Set up as many filters as you wish. The filters can be exclusive and nonexclusive. You can even set up your filters to send you leads without contact information at absolutely no cost. Watch what it delivers and if you like what you see, buy it! Set up exclusive filters to cut off your competitors. Set up a nonexclusive filter if you know that your product for a particular loan type is unique or highly competitive. Step Three: Receive Leads Start receiving your leads. If you feel that your leads are great but not enough to fit your marketing needs, reexamine your filter set up. If you feel as though you spent too much and are not receiving exactly what you expected - narrow your criteria to receive only qualified leads and reduce your spending. Our Prices: Exclusive means that you are the only one who will receive the lead. Non-exclusive lead can be sold up to 4 times.
